We will hold a GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays seminar on Sunday, October 29 from 2:00-4:00pm. This one day program is especially for people who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The holidays from Thanksgiving through Christmas can be especially difficult in the time of grief. Surviving the Holidays will provide help and hope as you move through this upcoming holiday season following the loss of a loved one. You will learn how to deal with the many emotions you’ll face during the holidays, what to do about traditions and other coming changes, helpful tips for surviving social events, and how to discover hope for your future. Members of the community are welcome to join the group.
