Join us for a Fitness with Friends Class, led by our certified instructor, Kelly Tringali. Low-impact, gentle exercise on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3pm. Starting on October 4! We’ll meet in the Fellowship Hall of Fayette Presbyterian Church. This class is free, but registration is required because of room capacity.

You’re also invited to join us on Fridays at 5:30pm for light exercise and walking. This is video-based and volunteer-led… and always fun!

Come on out anytime to utilize our 1/2 mile parking lot walking course.


After submitting registration, please join us! Come out on any Monday and Wednesday you’re available. Pull to the right side of the church and enter through the double doors under the covered awning.

Kelly Tringali – Fitness Instructor

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with over 15 years of experience, as well as a certified Senior Fitness Specialist and Nutritional Coach. She believes in creating a safe, effective, and fun class, where participants are motivated to keep moving and reap the positive effects of exercise both physically and mentally.
