A Very Virtual Christmas Eve
We are working on developing a video version of our Living Nativity for this year’s Christmas Eve Service. It will definitely be different this year, but it will be interactive and meaningful. It would be helpful to know how many families are willing to participate by videoing short segments. Please email Ms. Karen and let her know if you would like to participate! We promise to keep it simple, and she can assist anyone who needs help with videoing their part!

Family Advent Giving Project: Bloom Our Youth
Beginning Sunday, 11/29 through Sunday 12/13, we will be collecting new packs of socks, undies, and pajamas (infant sizes through teens) for the Bloom Closet. As many of you know, Bloom serves families throughout the area by offering a free-of-charge clothing closet for children in foster care. With our “Happy Birthday Jesus” party last year, we were able to make a significant donation to Bloom, and we would love to be able to support them again this year, especially given the increased numbers of children being placed in the foster care system that has occurred in the last several months. There will be a basket placed for donations on Sundays near the Fayette Samaritan grocery cart, or you can drop off your donation any time during regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00-2:00). Shopping for and delivering these items will be a great way to involve children and youth in the giving spirit of Christmas!

Family Advent Prayer Stations
Beginning Sunday, 11/29, FPC will offer interactive, come-as-you-are, hands-on prayer stations for the whole family during Advent! Look for more information soon!
